Specify Logic hardware timebase

At least accuracy (specified as ppm) and timing jitter would need to be specified. For most applications short term (24h) accuracy is sufficient. Specification should include the time period over which accuracy is measured; and the ambient temperature range over which the specification is valid.

Note that I'm not suggesting that Logic should have super accurate timebase; just that it should be specified.
