When you take out a time marker, display the trace values under the marker dynamically on the margin

As the time marker is moved, read the value at that time for each trace and display at the end (or start) of the trace. Being able to see the value of traces, particularly analog traces, at a given time is helpful to know. It's more precise than just moving the mouse over the trace trying to match the position. Currently, if you try to read out an analog value near a time marker, the value under the mouse stops displaying, making it impossible to use the time marker as a precise guide for the measurement.
