The software should all triggering when a digital pulse is above or below a user-specified width.
In v1.1.34, the pulse width triggering has a minimum and maximum width.
It is very useful to be able to trigger on only one of these (brilliantly innovative idea of the old HPs). This allows detection of 'something that should have happened but did not.'
For example, trigger on signal low for > 1ms to catch SDA stuck low on I2C. There is no rising edge, so there is no maximum pulse width.
