Software window shouldn't cover Widows task-bar - it do is really annoying....

It actually goes further. The software does not behave like a regular application, not only because fullscreen covers the task bar, but also because:
- the window has no title (so taskbar item is just the icon, without text)
- clicking the taskbar item should toggle the window between its current state and the visible state (either maximized or not)
- the window can't be moved with WinKey+Left/Right
It seems you are using a weird, non-standard windowing manager (is this Adobe Flex?). I hope you chose that for another reason than this original (but totally useless feature-wise) greyish design.
