Sort HLA settings in UI

It seems that the HLA settings appear in an apparently random order in the Logic UI, I think they should be in the same order as they appear the Python code.

"Can the order, in which the settings for the custom analyzer will be displayed, influenced? The input analyzer being the first setting is fine. But the custom settings defined in the Python class are not shown in the order they are declared in the code. Since I'm using some settings which are logically grouped together, this would be good, latest when making the extension available to other project members."

Thanks for your suggestion! We'll keep this on the radar for when we improve HLAs.
