Scrollbar thumb color

With the Dark theme it is extremely hard to see the thumb for the scrollbar. The lighter color you get when you hover over it is visible, but the non-hover color is too close to the background color.
No issues with the Light theme (other than I prefer the Dark theme).

This is only a problem for the horizontal scroll bar, since it can be tiny in a large capture.
