Re-arrange / Sort / Re-order Capture Tabs

Add the ability to rearrange Capture Tabs (similar to how browsers can move tabs around). This was possible in Logic 1.x, but the ability was removed in Logic v2.

"Hey, I'm having a little trouble importing saved sessions.
When I import files from Windows Explorer they are opened randomly.

Example:
I have a folder in which there are 10 files with the name "SBC-xxx",
where xxx is numbers, for example 900, 800, 700, 600, 500.

In this case, the files are opened in the following order: 900, 1000, 0, 400, 500, 600, 700.

This is not sorted alphabetically, by size, or by the date the file was created
.
What's worse, I'm not able to change their order, or it's counterintuitive.

I can't move selected tab to right or left (as in web browsers). The only option is to manually open 14 files one by one in the selected order.

Can you do something about it?"

"As another tab related feature, it would be really nice if I could reorder tabs, basically like you can do in a browser window by dragging them around. Not a necessity, but would be pretty helpful."
