It may make conversations about bugs easier to manage if some form of public ticket based bug tracking were provided.
"Something's not working" feedback would generate public facing tickets and users could add and track tickets using a web UI.
That helps by taking bug discussion out of the release discussion forums where the conversation is hard to follow and perhaps makes it easier to see if there is already a matching bug ticket when a user is about to report an issue.
