Option to rescan all HLAs in Terminal

Currently we can only re-run one at a time, and their results are simply appended to the Terminal. After a trace is taken, it would be good to be able to rerun all the the HLAs at once. This would permit processing based on timestamp so that the HLA messages are always in time order, which is the basis of another request. It would also permit HLAs that specifically wish to process multi-packet sequences into single events, since it can scan ahead looking for the whole LLA sequence
