Optimize Connection Stability through USB Hubs

We test and validate our products via direct PC connection only, and we generally do not recommend running our Logic analyzers through USB hubs or extension cables. We've seen issues with connection instability (and capture instability) in the past when running through USB hubs or extension cables.

Generally, speaking, if you need to connect your Logic device to a USB-C port, we recommend the following USB cables.

Having said that, we may have a number of users that still require connections to be stable through USB hubs for one reason or another. The best solution might be to validate a list of USB hubs, but this would require some time and resources to be spent on this front.
