Match Data Table paste with LLA Export Format

Give an option for the Data Table copy and paste format to match that of Low level analyzers (LLAs) export format.

Customizable options would include:
* Delimiter (tab/space or comma) (or selectable semicolon; that would not interfere with country specific decimal separator)

* Double quotes for text columns

Use case:
I am importing the data to excel; to do so I need (in my german excel at least) first replace the “.” With “,” to get the correct decimal separator.
With the export format I need to add some additional steps (which I probably can also combine in a macro)
