MacOS: 100% CPU on Idle

This is a follow up of an issue reported here.
I bumped into the very same issue yesterday. I created an Apppe Instruments's capture if it can help. I'm attaching a screenshot, I keep the Instrument's captured data available on request (29 MB).
It seems there is no direct way to trigger this issue: I simply used another application for some time after the capture (text editor: Sublime Text 3), and noticed after a couple of minutes that Logic2 was back to eating a whole CPU core.
It does not prevent from starting a new capture, but the new capture does not help with the CPU power load: it stays to over 100% until Logic 2 (2.2.3) is shut down.
