it doesn't allow anyone to actually submit requests. ( see error message when I sent in a response for feedback )
sorry, I don't have time to trace it, it's when you submit the new form in the link shown.
now, it is either working correctly *and* redirecting back to the "new" form ( instead of telling you that the submission was a success -- like we would expect). **or** there is an instant page reload which is hiding the submission failures.
I think I am seeing the second, just load this in Chrome incognito without logging in and try it.
I saw some test submissions into our ticketing inbox just now. They were likely from you.
Our contact us submission form doesn't have a "submission success" prompt. You should, however, receive an email immediately after submitting the ticket, which mentions that the submission was successful.
