Feature to To make the Show Interactive Measurement permanent for selected pulses

It would be great if we can make the "Show Interactive Measurement" permanent for selected pulses and delete if we don't need. I tried the Timing Marker addon. But it shows only 1 color for all markers and not possible to show the time on all the markers on each pulses.
