Export to VCD file format

The older Logic 1.x software supported exporting raw digital data to VCD file format.

We removed this option in Logic 2, but may reconsider adding it back in if we find that many of our users need this.

Logic 1 had an option to export to vcd
I do not see that option in logic 2
