Export to VCD file format

The older Logic 1.x software supported exporting raw digital data to VCD file format.

We removed this option in Logic 2, but may reconsider adding it back in if we find that many of our users need this.

I wrote a handful of scripts to do this (unfortunately, IP owned by one of my clients, so I can't share). I use this all the time and it's a critical part of my workflow.
