Allow HLAs to produce multiple "rows" of analyzer frames for the same time slot

HLAs should be able to produce multiple overlapping analyzer frames. It would also be great if different "types" of analyzer frames could be returned, which will then be rendered in their type specific "row". Currently, analysis of the data has to be performed multiple times if multiple rows of frames shall be generated.
Alternatively, HLAs should be able to consume frames produced by other HLAs. Then the preprocessed frames could be used to produce additional information.
